Richard Jones

Richard started his career at a marketing agency, then embarked on a career in enterprise software with Sybase, Vignette and marketing automation specialist Eloqua before founding EngageSciences. Richard’s career has taken him all over the world working with some of the globe’s leading brands such as EA, AB InBev, Nokia, Vodafone and Sony. Richard is a regular speaker on social media marketing topics at leading industry events.

Lee Shepstone

Lee started his career at a design agency before working for Vignette for ten years where he ended up as CTO of the Media Division which was the fastest growing product prior to the $310m acquisition by Opentext. As well as being a co-founder of EngageSciences, a global social media marketing platform, Lee has also been Chief Architect on some of the largest web projects in the world including the Athens 2004 Olympics.

Iain Short

Iain also began his working life at a design agency before embarking on an eleven year career at Vignette working in both Professional Services and Engineering. During his time in the Services team, Iain ran some of the largest corporate web projects in EMEA before joining the Vignette Media engineering team as Product Architect. Alongside Richard and Lee, Iain co-founded EngageSciences.

Tom Huxtable

Tom has a wealth of marketing agency experience spanning 15 years, most recently as Managing Director of a strategic marketing agency 23red and prior to that Business Director at CHI (WPP). Tom has delivered marketing services and consulting at CMO level to some of the biggest companies in the world including RBS, Bacardi Limited, Waterstones, Holiday Inn Group and IBM.

Michael Wrigley

After starting his career in an integrated agency, Michael became 100% digitally focused when he joined Wheel (now LBi) at the turn of the millenium. He joins EngageSciences having most recently been Managing Director at WPP agency Banner, where his team created awareness and drove demand for some of the world's most recognised technology brands, including HP, Cisco, Sony, Symantec, Dell and Crucial.com.

Rich Gascoyne

Rich serves as GM/Americas for EngageSciences, based out of NYC. Rich has 24 years of experience in marketing technology, ranging from Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) to Claremont Technology Group to Vignette (now Opentext). He has run several highly successful product, services, sales and partner teams and has had the opportunity to extensively live and work internationally, servicing clients in Australia, Mexico, France, Sweden, England, and the US.

Francesca has worked in marketing and PR for over six years. In that time she has delivered successful integrated marketing campaigns, with a specialized focus across digital and social channels. In addition, she has produced and executed a range of high class global events. She joins EngageSciences having most recently been Operations Director at Chinwag, a community of digital media and marketing professionals working with global brands such as Social Media Week, Nokia, BBC, Virgin, Google, Twitter and Dell.

With over 15 years experience in enterprise software, building, developing and managing successful pre-sales and post-sales teams, Jerome has deep customer management experience and technical expertise working across Enterprise Content Management and web applications, CRM, CEM, and Digital Marketing and Analytics. He's worked in both start-up and enterprise companies including Adobe, Huddle, Omniture, Oracle, RightNow and Vignette.


Nick began his career working in publishing, soon moving into digital asset management at BBC Worldwide. Prior to joining EngageSciences, Nick spent a number of years at Tag Worldwide, initially implementing their marketing resource management software for global clients such as Jaguar Land Rover, Citibank, BT, Orange, and Boots. He then became Head of Project Management for the digital marketing department, leading the team delivering cutting edge website, mobile, digital publishing and social media projects.
