And, our mission since that date has focused on giving marketers the tools they need to activate their audiences and create valuable brand connections across any channel, any network and any device. Today, we’re realizing this vision with Release 5, the latest incarnation of our consumer experience platform.

  • Richard Jones

    Richard Jones


    Richard is the CEO and co-founder of EngageSciences. He has nearly two decades’ experience in digital, working in both marketing agencies and the software industry. Richard has steered EngageSciences to be one of the fastest growing marketing software companies to emerge from the UK, with clients in over 76 countries, including industry leaders like Vodafone, Microsoft, Spotify, Verizon, AOL and Universal. Richard is a regular blogger and speaker on social marketing topics.

  • Lee Shepstone

    Lee Shepstone


    Lee started his career at a design agency before working for Vignette for ten years where he became CTO of the Media Division, which was the fastest growing product area prior to the $310m acquisition by Opentext. As well as being a co-founder of EngageSciences, Lee has also been Chief Architect on some of the largest web projects in the world including the Athens 2004 Olympics.

  • Tom Huxtable

    Tom Huxtable

    Chief Revenue Officer

    Tom joined EngageSciences in 2011 following 15 years in the advertising world where he oversaw clients such as RBS, Bacardi Group, Holiday Inn and The AA, culminating in his appointment as Managing Director at 23red a strategic marketing consultancy. Over the last three years Tom has brought his experience to bear with EngageSciences delivering clients such as Stella Artois, Vodafone, BBC Worldwide, Vauxhall and Aol Huffington Post.

  • Justin Feinberg

    Justin Feinberg

    Director of Sales, North America

    Justin started his working career in JP Morgan’s analyst program before deciding the startup world, particularly the social marketing space was more to his liking. After spending multiple years focusing on international expansion for Offerpop UK, Justin has returned to the US to help marketers find more effective ways to engage and monetize their audience.

  • Claudio Esposito-Aiardo

    Claudio Esposito-Aiardo

    Regional Director MENA

    Claudio started off his career as a Consumer Trends consultant. At the point when social media for brands was really taking off he moved into the Digital & Social space at Wildfire by Google. Claudio now continues his quest to help marketers better understand and monetise their social audiences at EngageSciences as Regional Director MENA.

  • Nick Watson

    Nick Watson

    VP Client Services

    Nick began his career working in publishing, soon moving into digital asset management at BBC Worldwide. Before joining EngageSciences, Nick spent a number of years at Tag Worldwide implementing their marketing resource management software for global clients such as Jaguar Land Rover, Citibank, BT, Orange, and Boots. He then became Head of Project Management, leading the delivery of website, mobile, social and digital campaigns.

  • Francesca Heath

    Francesca Heath

    Communications Director

    Francesca has worked in digital marketing and PR for over six years, delivering successful marketing campaigns across events, digital and social channels. Francesca is responsible for developing and directing strategy and implementation of projects related to EngageSciences social media, offline and online communications strategies. Francesca has worked with leading global brands such as Spotify, Nokia, BBC, Virgin, Google, Twitter and Sony.

  • Rich Gascoyne

    Rich Gascoyne

    President, North America

    Rich has spent two decades in digital, working in both consultancies and software companies. He has established EngageSciences in the US as one of the fastest growing marketing software companies in recent years, with clients across North and South America. Customers include industry leaders like Microsoft, Spotify, Verizon, Scripps and JW Marriott. Rich is also the author of a strategic digital planning book called “Corporate Internet Planning Guide”.

    Director of Services, USA

    Steve has spent the majority of his career immersed in technology, and has worked primarily with enterprise-class technologies and has consulted many Fortune 500 brands. The ability to draw on and apply a range of technical skills ensures invaluable guidance and direction on how EngageSciences can be best utilized and integrated into a platform ecosystem.

  • Benji Hall

    Benji Hall

    Customer Services Director APAC

    Benji joined EngageSciences in 2011 following several roles in social & digital marketing in the sports and cycling industries in New Zealand and France. In 2013 Benji moved from the EngageSciences London office to establish EngageSciences APAC in Sydney Australia, working with Rakuten, Air New Zealand, Yahoo!7 and Microsoft.

  • Diana Wrigley

    Diana Wrigley

    Director of Sales Ops and Business Reporting

    Diana started her career, qualifying as a chartered accountant with one of the big four firms. Since joining EngageSciences in 2013, she has used her expertise to provide detailed analysis of KPIs and finances to the management team. She has co-ordinated engagement on financial matters with potential investors and other interested parties. Much of her time is now focused on supporting the sales team to achieve subscription revenue growth targets of the company.

  • Iain Short

    Iain Short

    Chief Product Officer

    Iain began his working life at CERN, designing and developing web publishing systems for the physics community. After returning to the UK, he continued to focus on digital publishing, embarking on an eleven-year career at Vignette. During his time there, Iain ran some of the largest corporate web projects in EMEA before joining the Vignette Media engineering team as Product Architect. Alongside Richard and Lee, Iain co-founded EngageSciences.
